As Dr. Radice completes her term as Director of the Institute of Museum and Library Services, she reflects on the current state of museums and libraries across the country and around the world.  In this podcast, she is speaking at the recent 2009 Mountain Plains Museum Association Annual Conference held in Cheyenne, Wyoming where she highlights programs that have grown during her tenure as director.  As well, she talks about what she sees as the future direction museums and libraries should take as this society becomes increasingly more dependent on 21st Century skills and cross-cultural collaboration.
